The Saint-Saens International, Ltd. does not extend lo ans but serves as an intermediary and a representative.
1) LO ANS OR BANK INSTRUMENTS:
From $3M dollars to $100M dollars.
The Saint-Saëns International, Ltd. can assist corporations in getting lo ans between $3M and $100M dollars.
A Business Plan and precise Project will be required.
- Financing Broker Facilitation Fees will vary depending on the type of lo ans, and will be paid out of proceeds at closing.
- DOES THE SAINT-SAENS INTERNATIONAL, Ltd. CHARGE UPFRONT FEES?
NO !!!!
WE DO NOT CHARGE UPFRONT FEES, ONLY SUCCESS FEES AT THE END OF THE PROCESS !!!
- Success fee will be 5% for the Saint-Saëns International, Ltd. for a lo an between $3M dollars and $10M dollars; 3% between $10M and $30M dollars, and 2% from $30M to $100M, Ltd. out of proceeds at closing.
An Agreement of Representation, Confidentiality and Non-Circumvention, along with a Commision Schedule Agreement, valid for a period of five years, will be signed between the partner and the Saint-Saens International, Ltd.
IMPORTANT:
Any major lo an or bank instrument applicant must understand that there will be possible associated cost between $10,000 dollars and $50,000 dollars to be paid to lo an officers/bankers to prepare the underwriting, have a serious due diligence process, etc... The Saint-Saens International, Ltd. is not directly involved in the due diligence process, and therefore has no conflict of interest.
The Saint-Saens International, Ltd. asks each potential client to put aside $50,000 dollars into an Escrow Account of a bank acceptable by both the Saint-Saens International, Ltd. and the potential client, to be used for due diligence and underwriting cost. The Saint-Saens International, Ltd. NEVER has access to this Escrow Account, therefore there is no possible abuse of the client.
If the applicant is neither willing to consider this normal cost nor able to pay for it, he/she cannot expect to be awarded a major l oan or a bank instrument by an honest and legal financial institution.

Mandatory Conditions:
- You must be able to prove a monthly profit forecast of three times the monthly amortization payment:
Ex: If your amortization payment is $60,113.85 a month at 7.5% for a loan of $3,000,000, you must make $180,341.55 minimum profit a month (gross – expenses).
- You should be able to add 20% of the loan amount required to the investment:
Ex: If you are asking for $3,000,000, you must be able to bring $600,000 to the investment table.
2) LO AN or BANK INSTRUMENT AGAINST COLLATERAL.
MINIMUM REQUEST: $100 Million US. NO MAXIMUM.
Our Fundng sources are private financial groups based in Europe,
Latin America, America, and Asia. Our sources are very reliable.
Fundng is available worldwide to corporations and any other
legal and honest entity that can provide the needed collateral.
WE DO NOT FACILITATE BANK GUARANTEES NOR ANY OTHER KIND OF LO AN COLLATERAL.
The borrower must submit a business plan or executive summary and must provide use of funds explanation in most of the cases.
Above all, borrower must provide proof of existing collateral to apply.
If the borrower cannot extend a P.O.F. [Proof of Funds] at one time or another during the transaction,
he/she cannot expect to
be lent money.
The Saint-Saens International, Ltd. works with the most reliable providers. Fundng usually occurs within 10 to 21 banking days at the end of the process.

TERM / AMORTIZATION SCHEDULES
1 to 20 years (taking into account the Country Risk).
INTEREST RATE
Interest rate varies with the dollar amount, lo an duration and type of collateral. Interest rates start at 3% to about 10% (fixed), depending on market conditions.
LO AN TO VALUE
Maximum of 95%.
Note: (LTV is subject to quality of the collateral. For example a collateral instrument
from an A rated bank will have a higher LTV than a collateral instrument from a B rated
bank).
COLLATERAL
Accepted collateral must be authentic and valid.
It may vary between 20% and 150% depending on the strength of the project; the
risk of the country of the candidate; and the length of the amortization.
COMMISSION SCHEDULE FOR FINANCING BROKER
Facilitation fee will be

Success Fee will be 1% for the Saint-Saens International, Ltd. for any amount over $100M dollars, out of proceeds at closing [For instance, in a case of a lo an of $110M dollars, the Saint-Saens International, Ltd. will charge 5% of Success Fee on the first $10M dollars; 3% on the additional amount between $10M and $30M; 2% on the additional amount between $30M and $100M dollars; and 1% on the additional amount between $100M dollars and $110M dollars].
