                                  The Saint-Saens International, Ltd. does not extend loans, but serves as an intermediary and a representative.

 
                                              LOANS FROM $3M DOLLARS

                                                    TO $100 M DOLLARS.    

The Saint-Saëns International, Ltd. can assist corporations in getting loans between $3M and $100M dollars. 

                                        A Business Plan and a detailed Project (Executive Summary; Presentation; and Profile of Principals) will be required.

 

- DOES THE SAINT-SAENS INTERNATIONAL, Ltd., CHARGE UPFRONT FEES? 

                                                                                            NO !!!!

                 WE DO NOT CHARGE UPFRONT FEES, ONLY SUCCESS FEES AT THE END OF THE PROCESS.

- Success fee will be:

- 3% for the Saint-Saëns International, Ltd., for a loan  between $3M dollars and $10M dollars;

- 2% between $10M and $30M dollars;

- 1.5%  from $30M to $100M dollars;

- 1% for any amount over $100M dollars, out of proceeds at closing.

[For instance, in a case of a  loan of $110M dollars, the Saint-Saens International, Ltd. will charge 3% of Success Fee on the first $10M dollars; 2% on the additional amount between $10M and $30M; 1.5% on the additional amount between $30M and $100M dollars; and 1% on the additional amount between $100M dollars and $110M dollars]. 

An Agreement of Representation, Confidentiality and Non-Circumvention, along with a Commission Schedule Agreement, valid for a period of five years,  will be signed between the client and the Saint-Saens International, Ltd.  

Financing Source Fees will vary depending on the type of loans, and will be paid out of proceeds at closing.

 

IMPORTANT:

Any major loan or bank instrument applicant must understand that there will be possible associated costs between $10,000 dollars and $50,000 dollars to be paid to loan officers/bankers to prepare the underwriting, have a serious due diligence process, etc... (the Saint-Saens International, Ltd. is not directly involved in the due diligence process, and therefore has no conflict of interest). 

The Saint-Saens International, Ltd. asks each potential client to put aside $50,000 dollars into an Escrow Account of a bank acceptable by both the Saint-Saens International, Ltd. and the potential client, to be used for due diligence and underwriting cost (the Saint-Saens International, Ltd. NEVER has access to this Escrow Account, therefore there is no possible abuse of the client).

If the applicant is neither willing to consider these normal and legal costs, nor able to pay for them, he/she cannot expect to be awarded a major loan or a bank instrument by an honest financial institution.

Mandatory Conditions:

- You must be able to show a profit forecast of at least three times the value of what you have to reimburse monthly.

Let's take an example:

If you have monthly payments of $60,113.85 with a 7,5% interest rate for a $3,000,000 dollar loan, you must have a net income of at least $180,341.55.

- You must be able to bring to the deal 30% of the loan amount required, as part of your own investment to your project.

Let´s take an example:

If you are asking for a loan of $3,000,000 dollars, you must be able to bring to or have already invested $900,000 dollars into your project -- cash flow or personal investment.

A P.O.F. [Proof of Funds] at one time or another during the transaction will be required.
